Monrovia Auto Repair

This is the second time I have gone to Seiko and David, this time timing belt, water pump, etc. They included tire rotation which unfortunately resulted in some vibration in the front of the vehicle. After picking my car, they continuously followed up and offered free inspection to make sure that the car is safe to drive. It turned out that it is one of my tires that is quite defective causing the vibration when accelerating. Great guys, great service!

Seiko's Auto service it's one of the best I been telling all my friends and co workers about his service, honest, reliable and always ready to service ours cars, I used to take my cars to Toyota Of Glendora, however the waiting time and service as well as Longo Toyota left a lot to be desired, un trusted employees, not reliable people. Seiko communicates clearly what the problems are, why the fix is needed, and identifies the solutions. He's pleasant to work with. His shop is clean and neat. In fact, I wish he were my dentist. I'll be hiring his shop to service & fix my 2014 Toyota Prius anytime needed, for its lifetime.

This is my third or fourth visit to Seiko's. Seiko took the time to listen to my concerns about my car. Turns out my car needed a little more work than I expected but the car is 5 years old with over 80,000 miles so that was expected. Seiko's price quote was very fair. Seiko finished the work well ahead of the estimated time and even offered to pick me up. As long as I'm near Monrovia I plan on taking my car back to Seiko for all my vehicle maintenance needs. I would highly recommend Seiko to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair technician.

Excellent! Honest, precise, neat! Seiko is the best. He has many years of experience, but more importantly he keeps up with the new technology. He is able to quickly diagnose problems and then assess exactly what needs to be changed. He does not change parts unless needed. His communications are clear and timely. While working on each car he takes notice of its overall condition and then relates that to the owner. He does so in a way that allows the owner to decide what and when any future work may be done. Seiko simply has my highest recommendation!
