Their attention to detail and honest assessment really helped me understand the condition of the vehicle and ultimately helped me make the decision to move on to a newer car given the length and extent of the issues. I really appreciate the time, professionalism, and thoroughness they put into their diagnosis. Seiko' team really took good care of my 2015 Honda Civic after I took it to the dealership. They were fast and efficient and really transparent with the work they do. They communicated well what my car needs with no frills or add-ons. Not to mention all the staff were easy to approach and knowledgeable. It helps that each of them under go training to be up-to-date with their craft. I will absolutely refer Seiko to my friends and family.

I have been going to Seiko's since Moving to Monrovia about 5 years ago, and I have always had a great experiences and will continue going here for my car needs. They are always professional and do a good job explaining/documenting things even if you are not a car person. My car is still running great even after 10+ years and 120k+ miles thanks to Seiko's!

First time we used Seiko's. We were recommended by a friend. We are new to the area and was time for our Subaru Outback to have the 60K service. The appointment was easy to do online, the technician did a very thorough check, and was great to work with Francis on the invoicing. The cost was at the top of the range, but it cost to have experienced people supporting your car and receive quality service. On the drive back home was easy to tell the car felt like it was brand new again. Very pleased and would highly recommend giving them a try.
