It's always a tough decision to find a mechanic that you can trust. This is my second time now at Seiko's and I honestly can't imagine taking my 2010 Prius anywhere else. The team is kind, honest, and friendly. They provide a very thorough assessment - prioritizing what is needed to repair in your vehicle first. After each visit, my car feels like it is running like new and I fall in love with it once again. I can't see myself taking my car anywhere else. Seiko is it. It was also great that they provided a loaner car for my extensive repairs. Repairs included: electric water pump and suspension strut replacement

I highly recommend the team at Seiko. Ive been taking my Subaru Outback and Toyota Tacoma to them for several years and couldn't be happier. I find them to be very trustworthy and honest. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs and they always explained reason why a repair is recommended and the cost involved. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, making what could be a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. Also, really like the online system they use for appointments, repair recommendations and invoicing. Allows me to keep a detailed digital maintenance record for my vehicles.
