I understand that your expectations were not met with our comprehensive inspection. Many of our clients really value the complete inspection so that they will have a over all state of health for their vehicles. I am glad that you can perform some of the services for your vehicle and saved some money performing them yourself. We are here to educate our clients on all the services and repairs that their vehicles require to help them keep the vehicle in safe and reliable. I also understand that you have your opinions on the cost of the service and repairs. The cost associated with the services and repairs allow us to serve our clients with convenience such as loaner vehicles, local shuttle, pick up and drops offs, the best warranty, great customer service, and giving back to our community.
