I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs and they always explained reason why a repair is recommended and the cost involved. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, making what could be a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. Also, really like the online system they use for appointments, repair recommendations and invoicing. Allows me to keep a detailed digital maintenance record for my vehicles.

Honest people doing great work! Thank you to Seiko’s for helping fix my 2011 Toyota Venza. I came in to do a comprehensive check of my car and the team provided a detailed report with photos highlighting items that need to get done based on priority. Francis also walked me through my report, explaining what each item means and how it impacts my car. What I loved was how upfront they were with their costs. They broke down the labor, parts, etc. and are very transparent! I needed help with my car’s oil (since Venzas use a lot), and they performed their EPR service. They also replaced my taillights, brakes, brake fluid, and drive belt. Since then, my car has been running noticeably better! Will definitely continue to come back to Seiko’s!
