After search on Yelp and Google, I want to give Seiko a try on my newly purchase of 2018 Lexus GX. After setting up the schedule with Sergio, received two texts reminder prior my appointment. After arrived on site, Sergio was greeting me and confirmed they were expecting my arrival. Seiko took over the car, and did a brief drive to see the condition of the car, afterward staring its oil change and multi-points inspection. During the inspection, Seiko came by and chat with me on the condition of the vehicle and gave me a detail information on what need to pay more attention and what not to do on my car. Once the service is done, I was suprised they clean up all my windows and removal all the protection warp on the car. After going over the car again, I received a printout and email copy which has pictures on what we discuss. I will definitely coming back for my next service. It was a great experience, it was like visiting a dealership without paying the premium price.
