The online approach to seeing all the necessary and recommended repairs makes it easy to see what needs to be done on the fly, and the mechanics taking the time to expalin what should be done and why over the phone really shows this shop cares about it's customers!

Seiko's Auto Service provides the best experience I've had with a mechanic. His operation is clean and his demeanor is very pleasant. We have a 2005 Prius and it's still going strong. The care and attention to detail he provides makes us feel he is working on his personal vehicle. He is dedicated to making our little Prius live a long life. We are lucky we found him.

Seiko's provides the best service I've ever received. I was nervous about leaving the dealership to have my Prius serviced, but I was not getting the attention to detail and preventative maintenance at the dealer that I felt they should provide. Luckily, we found Seiko and wish we had found him sooner. His professionalism and customer service is the best. He is dedicated to keeping our 2005 Prius alive and well! He has wonderful attention to detail, the cleanest shop I've ever seen, and is thorough and courteous in his communication.

I highly recommend this place, I have an Acura rdx turbo, they not only fixed my car but provided me a loaner at no charge. Very professional and detailed.
