Best service I’ve ever had from a Mechanic.

Seiko and Sergio are amazing! When they recommend repairs they are always honest and they tell you what work can wait to be done. They never put any pressure on you to do work. They are transparent and give email summaries with pictures and descriptions of the work that is needed and why they recommend it - which is so helpful! Plus, they are happy to discuss and explain anything. They take care of little details that dealerships don’t, without tacking on additional fees. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

Seiko’s did a wonderful job with my Honda Pilot. They explain all the work done and what will be needed in the future as well. You really get the feeling that your car is safe and done right.

Came in for a vehicle inspection on a just purchased Subaru Forester. Seiko and Sergio we're very helpful getting it done quickly and came up with an accurate and honest evaluation of the suspected problem so, that I could bring it to the dealers attention. "Honest mechanic" is somewhat of an oxy moron....these guys are awesome!

Had a warning in the dash of my old (2005) Toyota Highlander. Live in San Diego not in Monrovia so I was concerned about an auto servicer that might perceive a visitor as a one off and recommend and price accordingly. Since I had time on my hands (Sunday) did a "yelp" evaluation of the various mechanics in the area and selected Seiko. They were able to fit me in Monday, I found them to be a highly professional (and friendly) operation. Seiko does a computer analysis + detailed inspection of the vehicle on the initial visit. While more critical to a local customer it helped me evaluate the reasons for keeping current auto or not as Seiko's report is extensive. Problem was isolated as a misfire in the fourth cylinder and repaired the same day. Drive back to San Diego the next day was uneventful. Would definitely recommend them if you are serious about keeping your car in prime condition. One final comment, they provide a "loaner" at a very nominal rate vs having to get a rental which is no longer cheap.
