In life, you need a good dentist and mechanic. Two important life lessons were taught to me. Since my warranty expired for my 2017 Forester, I've been looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Going to Seiko's for the first time was a very smooth experience from beginning to end. Sergio was very professional and had good communication. The best part was the digital checklist (with photos) they send you via text of what needs to be replaced/fixed; compared to the dealership where it ends up behind a curtain of mystery. It's up to you to decide what needs to be done at the touch of a button without having to hinder your daily routine. Seiko and co. were very transparent and polite about what they did and what you would need to do on the next visit. Didn't feel like there was any pressure based on the choices I made. Happy to go back again on my next 5k visit.
