Courteous employees-dealt with Sergio mostly. All recommendations as well as repairs completed were explained thoroughly. Picures were included to add to explanations. First time customer to Seiko’s and won’t be my last! I brought in my Subaru Forester for routine maintenance, but I was also having some battery issues that I wanted them to take a look at. It turns out I needed a new battery, as well as other services that Seiko recommended to help my car run more efficiently in the long run. Seiko took the time to explain the work in detail and gave levels of priorities of which should be taken care of first, and what could be fixed later on. He’s also upfront about the pricing and work so there won’t be any surprises at the end. I really appreciated his honesty and his dedication to offering quality service. I want my car to last so I know I’m in good hands now that I’ve found a great mechanic! I’ll be recommending these guys to my family- they all drive Hondas, Toyotas, and Subarus. I also really appreciated that I was able to get a ride home and back to the shop since I live locally. Great place and great service!
