Seiko and his crew are very thorough with their service and very detailed oriented. I have a 2011 Toyota highlander with over 100k miles. He explains wants needs to be done and helps rate them in priority. This helps if you need to spread the cost over time. You don’t feel pressured and he even gave me a follow call to see if i had anymore brake issues.

They did an excellent job. Very thorough and efficient. They are honesty and very helpful.

I'm very comfortable having my 2010 Venza serviced at Seiko's Auto Service. Seiko and Cody are top notch mechanics. They explain every detail on what service is being performed, or, what service they recommend clearly and simply, so a non-mechanically minded person such as I can fully understand. I have used these guys now on 2 different cars and every time they have diagnosed and handled my specific problems quickly and for way less than the other quotes I was getting. I'll start with my 2006 Lexus IS250 which had 3 dash lights on: check engine, VSC light, and traction control light. I was told by a different mechanic that it was going to need a new catalytic converter for $2000+. I brought the car in, had these guys diagnose it and they came back with a hose that had come unplugged due to a bad motor mount. So they put on a longer hose and fixed the motor mount, all for under $400. The other car was a check engine light on a Honda Civic that ended up just being the gas cap and I got out of there spending less than $20. Their honesty and integrity is very apparent the moment you walk into this shop. They come highly recommended and I will never go anywhere else for my services! Thanks guys..
