Seiko was very professional and explained all the work that was going to be done with my car. He even prioritized the additional work recommendations and made it easier for me to make a decision. All the work was done in the afternoon. He even dropped me back at the my office while they worked on my Honda CRV. He and his team are knowledgeable in their field and provide excellent service. Great service and amazing work. My Prius now will probably last 10 more years under their care. They are extremely knowledgeable about every Prius. Seiko even owns the original Prius. If you have a Prius and lives/works nearby, there's no reason NOT to go.

Seiko went above and beyond with my car. The check engine light had come on and despite finding an easy fix (gas cap) he looked over my entire car and made sure everything else was okay and even gave me a diagnostic sheet. Everything was beyond my expectations. I came out with a better understanding of my car and a new-found trust in mechanics.

I am happy with the service I received on my car so far. Seiko is very knowledgable and seems a trusty person. I will go back to Seiko for my car repairs.
