Very much impressed with the level of service, the detailed analysis, and itemized attention given to my Subaru Forester by Seiko and his team. Came in for a regular oil change and an issue with car key stuck in the acc position. Seiko took it in and addressed the issue with flying color. Then he discovered the car leaks oil from the cam housing and brought it to my attention that it is still covered under the car manufacturer’s 5yrs warranty. Very much appreciated it. We continue to be very pleased with the work Seiko has done on our Highlander. Just yesterday we had a serious problem with our breaking system which temporarily prevented us from being able to drive the car. We came to Seiko and he quickly with a special computer was able to diagnose the likely problem, one of our two batteries was bad. He replace the battery, load tested it, cleaned certain terminals and clamps, and did some other technical stuff, and within a couple of hours we had our car back ready to go at a fair price.

They may not wear masks or capes, but Seiko and Cody are true superheroes. Aside from being one of the friendliest, most compassionate people I have ever met, Seiko was a consummate professional. He went over every item that needed attention, and even some that were on the fence, because his dedication to thoroughness is second to none. As my car was there for an extended period of time due to previous terrible mechanic work, Seiko called me each day with an update on the progress of the work. My experience with other mechanics throughout the Los Angeles area has been less than enjoyable. With Seiko, I felt complete trust from the outset, and that only grew over time. When I got my car back...it was like driving a different vehicle. I now feel like I have a reliable mode of transportation thanks to Seiko and Cody and their tremendous work ethic.

So far so good. My wife and I got tired of constantly being sold things that may not be needed from the dealership and began taking our 2 Toyota's for service. 1 major and 1 minor service and so far both have been good. The rates charged are reasonable and in some cases superior to dealership. Importantly, we get to talk with the people working on the car vs. the salesperson reviewing what someone else is saying.
