Monrovia Auto Repair

Brought my Gen2 Toyota Prius that I got a few months ago for a commuter car in because it was getting a lot less miles to the tank. Had the dealership check it out the week prior and they said everything was fine without further explanation so I wanted a second opinion. Seiko ran the car through various diagnostics and told me everything was fine but took the time to explain to me that the sensors were off and that he reset them as well as that particular model has a "bladder" for a tank. He didn't charge me for it and gave me pointers on what I need to monitor to determine if there is anything else going on with the vehicle. I really appreciated his thoroughness and explaining what could be causing the lowered mpg. I'll definitely be a returning customer for future maintenance!! After having my car serviced at Seiko,s Auto Service, I was amazed at how smooth the ride is. The dealer quoted me $8000+ to fix my car and suggested that I trade it in for a new car. My total cost at Seiko’s was $3400 and my Lexus runs beautifully. I will be able to keep my car for a few more years. The customer service was outstanding. Seiko updated me often on the status of my repair and recommended some safety repairs that the dealer should have noticed. I will be a regular client at Seiko’s for the life of my Lexus.

Getting an honest answer is important regardless how difficult and bleak the news is. I took my car in for a coolant leak and was told that it was better to invest in another car rather than proceed to put money into my current car. Seiko was able to point out how detriment the car would be unless much needed work had to be put in. Knowing this information the next car I own will be one only so that I can bring it to seiko's auto service so that it can be under the care of an honest and knowledgable mechanic so that it can last well into the years.
