If you are tired of the unhelpful, arrogant staff at the service departments of Toyota dealerships, then do like me: swear you will never take your car to anyone but Seiko. The difference is incredible; Seiko is kind, friendly, takes time to explain everything, and get things done right. His assistant, Cody, is great, too.

Once again, I took one of my cars to Seiko! You know what I appreciate? The fact that he does thing by the book. He provides a written estimate in the beginning, then follows up with a call to inform you what he found-AND breaks down the prices! Only when you discuss with him, does he complete the work. I will no longer use the dealer (Longo)!

Seiko auto took time to inspect the problem found in the AC system of my vehicle. He honestly told me the cost which is really expensive for me as the parts do cost a lot. I would like to have my repair estimate done again in future but I am unable to get this work done at this time as it is too expensive for me. I really appreciate his honesty.
