Their work is very thorough, detailed, and high quality. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My car was finished sooner than I anticipated, so that was nice. Prices are on the higher end but feels well worth the assurance of their work and the quality of the experience.

I've now visited Seiko's multiple times for service on my 2019 Prius Prime and I've yet to be disappointed. They have all of the thoroughness and organization of a dealer's service center without the fearmongering and price-gouging.

I needed an independent mechanic to inspect a used Subaru that I purchased from Carvana. The tech did a super thorough inspection and they provided an equally thorough report that included numerous photographs, descriptions of findings, and a color-coded description of what needed immediate attention, future attention, and what passed. They brought out things the Carfax did not reveal (like 95% of the vehicle being repainted with doors being removed). They helped me to stay away from a vehicle that would have required $4.5k upfront to bring up to safety standards. I'll definitely be coming back here. Honest and friendly!

Seikos is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, highly competent, great communication and excellent service—everything you want in auto repair! Been going to Seikos for a few years now and they are the full package. They do a full and detailed description with pictures of every item, everything from diagnostic to apptmts can be done online, they offer shuttle service or loaner cars, recommendations on what should be done sooner and what can be put off, just a great experience. Most of all, I trust them. Seiko and his team seem to genuinely care about who they are in the world and how they do business, and they are all about integrity, honesty and they just seem to really want to make things work right for people. Great company, great people, and they know their stuff. Highly recommended.

She walked me through the whole process and let me know when to expect a quote for all services required. I was surprised when I received a detailed action item list with explanations, prices, and pictures! And they made it really easy to accept and reject services. Highly recommend Seiko’s. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The great thing is after they inspect the car, you get sent a message to review everything on your phone/computer. You don’t feel pressured to do unnecessary service and that really helps when it comes to determining what kind of work you want to get done. It maybe out of the way for some, but they do provide loaner cars. So I was able to get on with my day without being stuck in an unfamiliar area!
