I would strongly recommend Seiko's to anyone looking to get their car serviced, they are very professional and thorough. I just got my 2014 Prius Hybrid for it's 100k mile inspection and they provided a full breakdown with pictures of what they inspected, Sergio did a great job explaining the importance of keeping on top of maintenance, and giving me a good sense of what I should prioritize first. At the end of the overall inspection he also went through the list of concerns or questions I had asked when I dropped my car off. I live in OC, but I will always go out of my way to Seiko's because I trust both their knowledge, and that they're not going to make up issues, although I haven't been going to them for long my mom has been a customer for over five years.

The Seikos employees have been really nice every time I have visited. As always, I appreciate their descriptive inspections on what needs to be repaired and I think they have a pretty good turn around (when I get my car back the next day).

LOOK AT THE STUPID REVERSE PHYCOLOGY RESPONSE FROM THEM. I wonder if owner reads his non fan mail not one comment t about the overpriced battery THEIVES. WAY OVER PRICED. STAY AWAY PAID EXTRA FOR THEM TO FIND PROBLEM AND ONE DAY LATER CHECK ENGINE came BACK ON. Sergio wanted to keep throwing money at the problem by a process of elimination , You are also funding all the staff that is not needed. $542. For a AGM battery that cost $200. At the dealer. Thieves, and their hours suck, what kind of mechanic opens at 8 and closes by 4:30. STAY AWAY YOU ARE OVER PAYING, almost all 5s in reviews I doubt it or you people don’t value your money. ENDED UP BEING A LEAKING HEAD GASKET DISCOVERED AT A REAL MECHANIC SHOP!!!!
