The team at Seikos Auto Service is, hands down, one of the best Ive encountered in my many years of getting a multitude of vehicles serviced & maintained. Nearly the entire team took the time to say good morning with a smile as I pulled my car up to the garage. Their protocol for transparency and prompt communication is second to none. Ive had a lingering issue with the electronics of my 2020 Subaru Outback, that not even the dealership could figure out. I trust that Seikos will be the ones to put it all back together again.

Highly recommend if you're serious about keeping your car in great automotive health for the long run. I took my girlfriend's care to get fixed and the diagnostics report they provided was easy to read and understand, supplemented with pictures, text, and videos in case I wanted to investigate or learn more. I met with Francis who kindly walked me through the report, and I was able to share the ballpark budget I was willing to spend. Cody and Sergio were very helpful as well and I can sense the cohesiveness of the team, which is another green flag! Sergio shared some resources for a payment plan as well in case I wanted to explore options for financing a larger job. I plan to bring in my Acura in the near future for a diagnostics report! I feel :)

Took my Subaru in for a oil change and inspection. When I left immediately after my power steering was leaking, never an issue until right after the inspection. Now I have to have it repaired. Prices are also insane here. $143 for changing the inside cabin air filter. That’s 10 bucks at auto zone. I will say they are nice, friendly and clean. With great communication. But they screwed my car up (can’t prove it obviously) but it was literally the next day it started happening and the prices are way too high
