From initial conversation with Sergio (receptionist) I knew Seiko's Auto Service will be different. Sergio was very thorough and explained in layman language what, why, and the cost upfront. After the mechanics does the actual repair and inspection, the customer will get detailed and itemized repair and recommendations with repair estimates along with pictures via email. Having the recommendations sent via email is great for your own record and future reference what needs to be done. Seiko will discuss about the recommendations in detail and will not up-sell the recommendations, unless its a safety issue. His team is exceptional! The shop is very clean and organized. It shows the Seiko takes pride as a honest mechanic and as a owner. His team shows they have passion for their job and respect for Seiko. I recommend Seiko's Auto Service!

Great place and awesome service. They fixed the issue we had with our car and now it works great! The service was fast at a reasonable price, would definitely come back. They were detailed to everything they were doing which is definitely appreciated.

Seiko’s Auto Service performed a comprehensive 50,000 mile evaluation of my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback, as well as an oil change. Sergio was very responsive, informative and professional throughout the process and was up front about which services were more urgent than others. My wife brought her 2010 Corolla in for a similar service last year and our experience was the same. I appreciate the before/after photos they provide. Highly recommend this place for auto repairs and maintenance.
