Warm reception as always and always gracious. You know you will be listened to, and that I find very comforting. I feel well taken care of. I was impressed with being shown pictures of the old and new sway bars so I could see the difference. I don't doubt the quality of their work for a moment, but seeing those pictures gave me the opportunity to see the "why" of the work, & that was reassuring.

Quality business. These guys go through your car in detail and are crystal clear with what issues there may be along with pics and prices describing the job that needs to be done. They even told me that certain work should be done at the dealer as my car is still under warranty. Sergio and the lady (sorry forgot her name) that greeted me were very polite and informative. I’ll keep coming back here for future maintenance on my Lexus RC 300. Also, the garage is super clean and organized.

I came to the shop for changed oil. It's good worth of the money. They do thoroughly on dues inspections on the car. They took pictures for the concern items and give the explanations for future reference. It's a good Japanese repair/services shop for details screening on how is your vehicle condition/situation.
