I went in with a problem with my ignition not turning off completely. Seiko ran a diagnostic and discovered that my issue was not electrical, but mechanical. Things were done and the problem is now fixed. Extremely happy with the explanation and work done. Highly recommend this shop for repairs. Trust is the biggest issue to me and not being deceived or ripped off with unnecessary repairs. A bit more expensive but Seiko told me that he uses ONLY OEM parts. I will always pay more with the assurance that repairs are done correctly with the OEM parts.

Service and service reminder online were professional and succinct.

They were fantastic! Upfront about what to expect and gave me options as to when certain repairs would need to be done. Not everything needed to be done right away, they checked everything out for me and gave me a timeline for future services so I would know what to expect. This was great, as I bought my Subaru used from Carmax and had only been to the dealership for recall notices. I will be going back to Seiko’s for all future maintenance. These guys are professional, nice and above all, honest. A rare find, indeed.
