Only place I’ll take my Subaru for maintenance and repair. They’re very honest and you can eat off their floor. Everything in the shop is labeled and in order. The work is top tier and haven’t had an issue. Seiko is truly the real deal. They don’t play around when it comes to service and quality.

I needed to bring in a vehicle I recently purchased for a full inspection. I called 4 other shops in the area and all of them were either rude or too busy to have a normal conversation with me. When I called Seiko's, however, I was assisted by Sergio who took the time to explain everything their inspection would cover, in great detail. They were busy and didn't want to squeeze me in for an appointment if that meant they couldn't take their time and do the best possible job. I appreciate that kind of honesty. We scheduled an proper appointment and he laid out all items in order of importance, and went over preventative maintenance items as well. Very kind and knowledgeable team who took their time to make sure the work was done right. Their inspection came back in a beautiful webpage with amazing User Interface that shows a complete breakdown with plenty of pictures, making it extremely easy to follow along. Great communication -- Sergio checked in with me several times with updates on progress. Would definitely recommend this shop for someone who is looking for an honest and patient crew. Will be returning to this shop for future maintenance!
