Monrovia Auto Repair

Hello all. :). I am writing my second review of Seiko's Auto Service. I ,again, highly recommend their service. They provide annual service to the '07 Honda Ridgeline and '06 Lexus 350. It is a small business and they always have time to fit me into their schedule. Recently, they advised me to change out the radiators and hoses on both of the vehicles and thermostat for the Lexus. They have 155,000 miles and 110,000 miles respectively. So, it was time. I appreciate their honesty and appreciate their concern to keep my vehicles safe to drive.

Seikos automotive came in handy not once but twice already with my 2002 subaru Impreza, I am satisfied with the work done on my car, glad to be driving it on the road again, the staff is incredible they had the patience when I kept cancelling appointments due to my work schedule, Sergio was very informative with what needed to be done on my vehicle like in example periodically calling me to let me know what parts were needed and the time frame it would be done,seiko and cory did an amazing job, they sent pictures to keep me updated and the damage that the car had,even when I went to pick up my car I had the chance to meet them and talk overall what had happened, honest work, quality work, and great service, is hard to find these days, I will continue to take my car if any other damages were to happen.

Seiko and team are always the best. Sergio is friendly and very helpful in answer any questions I have about my car. I came in for the usual maintenance and a problem with my sideview mirror, they were able to fix it without taking anything apart.

I think SEIKO’s did a real good job on my ‘15 Forester. This is the first time I’ve used a mechanic to work on my vehicle and I am happy with the choice I made in SEIKO’s. From the front desk to the techs, I am impressed with the service and personal attention they give to their customers. Always kept me informed with the service my car needed and their suggestions were appreciated. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they ways explained things clearly.
