After search on Yelp and Google, I want to give Seiko a try on my newly purchase of 2018 Lexus GX. After setting up the schedule with Sergio, received two texts reminder prior my appointment. After arrived on site, Sergio was greeting me and confirmed they were expecting my arrival. Seiko took over the car, and did a brief drive to see the condition of the car, afterward staring its oil change and multi-points inspection. During the inspection, Seiko came by and chat with me on the condition of the vehicle and gave me a detail information on what need to pay more attention and what not to do on my car. Once the service is done, I was suprised they clean up all my windows and removal all the protection warp on the car. After going over the car again, I received a printout and email copy which has pictures on what we discuss. I will definitely coming back for my next service. It was a great experience, it was like visiting a dealership without paying the premium price.

After taking my 2007 Lexus RX 350 to get serviced at the dealer for 12 years,(2 years not included due to covid), and twice to other auto shops for diagnostics and second opinions, I’ve found a forever auto shop for my vehicle. Honest, easy to talk to and very patient, never rushed. You’re constantly updated by email, phone and text if you wished! All the services you’ve approved are provided and photos shown of old parts and new. I’ve never endorsed any auto service shop before but I believe Seiko Auto was deserving of my review! Took my car into the shop to see why my “low tire pressure” indicater had turned on. They found that my tires were fine, but that the indicator simply needed to be reset. They fixed that and replaced a battery in my key fob, which they found was was running low. There was no charge for these services, and they refused my offer of a tip for their help. We are new to the area and will keep this shop in mind when more serious repairs are needed.

Seiko Automotive gave us great service. We highly recommend them to anyone. We feel fortunate to have found such honest, competent auto mechanics.

Seiko and hus crew did a excellent job and they try to find the problem first then they will let you know what is cause. We are very appreciate to have a good mechanic that you can trust. Thank again.

Good experience. Attention to detail. Provided loaner car during the time it took to do diagnostics and repairs. Took pictures before and after which were provided along with the receipt. Seiko team were specialized in working with Subarus. Thank you!
