I had the pleasure of working with Sergio and Seiko. Both were very easy to work with, patient, and thorough. They made a list and went through all the details of what services were needed and NOT needed with the car. The entire process was very pleasant and I never once felt like they were pressuring me to do other services that weren't needed like some other shops. They also took the time to address a couple of items that weren't part of my to-do list for free. I work nearby so it was great that they were able to drop me off. Then, when the car was going to be in the shop for longer than a day, they provided me with a loaner car for free.

Great shop for subaru service. Sergio was great at detailing the work to be done. I just had a general vehicle inspection and it was great. They set my expectations. I'll definitely be back.

Seiko's Auto Service was able to quickly identify the problems with a check engine light and a non-functioning air conditioner. They noted other things that may need to be attended to, but did not press me to have those things repaired at this moment. Seiko and his team are very meticulous and completely dependable. Communication was clear and precise. They are a great asset to our community and I will certainly be using them whenever the need arises.

Great communication and really well appreciated digital dashboard showing exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix my car. Sergio was nice and had keep my updated on what was happening and when I could expect my car back. I would definitely go back and recommend them!
