Seiko and Cody are extremely thorough. Their process is very transparent with a system that can text you notes, videos if needed, and they are super responsive. Prices are better than the dealer, but more importantly they are patient and willing to help you understand the problems and options so you as a customer feel like you are getting what you need vs what someone is trying to sell you.

Smoothest service I've ever received from any car repair place, and I've been to many all around the country. Seiko and his team are the consummate professionals, as well as skilled technicians. And most importantly, it's a fair and honest business. A place like this can only exist by word of mouth and an excellent reputation. Won't take my new Subaru any place else.

Seiko clearly knows his "business" and cars... I was given information that was thorough and transparent. The service given goes above and beyond your typical auto shop. I know my car will be well taken care of.

Seiko is incredibly thorough but does not push any unnecessary repairs on your vehicle. He works with care and is extremely friendly making the whole process wonderful!

Did a great job servicing the car. Was polite and friendly. Car was do for a major service due to hitting 100k miles. However the estimate for some of the servicing items were a bit high. Due to taking a road trip in a fee weeks had him fix the power steering hose leak they found, and had them do the oil change and simple service. Outcome was a bit pricy but he did a good job.
